Privacy notice · updated 23 October 2026
Your buying criteria deserve careful handling.
This notice explains who operates the site and how we handle information voluntarily provided in a property-related enquiry.
Who is responsible?
Liverpool Property Sourcing is a specialist website operated by Pearl Lemon Properties Limited, company number 16161940, registered in England and Wales. The registered office recorded at Companies House is 86 Falling Lane, Yiewsley, West Drayton, UB7 8AE. You can contact the team at info@pearllemongroup.com.
What information do we receive?
If you contact us by email, we receive the contact details and purchasing criteria you choose to send, such as your name, email address, preferred location, budget, investment strategy and timing. Please do not send identity documents, bank statements or other sensitive financial evidence in an initial enquiry.
The dedicated online buying-brief form is currently disabled, so it is not accepting submissions. If it is activated in future, this notice and the relevant operational controls must be reviewed beforehand.
Why do we use it?
We use enquiry details to respond, understand whether our property services may be relevant, and manage any resulting correspondence. Depending on the context, this may involve taking steps at your request before a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to a genuine business enquiry. It does not imply that a sourcing mandate has been agreed.
Who can access it?
Relevant Pearl Lemon Properties and authorised group personnel responsible for property enquiries may see your message. We use hosting and communications service providers, including Cloudflare for website delivery. We do not publish or sell your buying criteria. Correspondence may be subject to applicable legal, record-keeping and security obligations.
How long do we keep it?
We retain enquiry correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for responding, managing the relationship, resolving disputes and meeting applicable legal obligations. You may request information about applicable retention and deletion arrangements by emailing us.
